learned Rabbi told me that when davening Shemona Esrei every time we bow down we bring the name we do not read down and link it with the Adonai letter by letter:
bringing the yud down into the alef, the hei into the dalet and so forth so on.
please , is there a meaning in what each letter represents and why each is brought down form that particular letter above into that particular letter bellow, please?
