Welcome to our site
Ohr Pnimi means “Inner Light” in Hebrew, and it therefore highlights the main mission of our institute - to teach the wisdom of Kabbalah - the inner light that is hidden in the Torah.
Ohr Pnimi was the name of the commentary written by the great Kabbalist Rav Yehuhda Lieb HaLevey Ashlag ZT”L (known as the “Baal HaSulam” ) in his monumetal work Sefer Talmud Eser HaSeferos. This commentary provides a clear, systematic, in depth explanation, to the the primary concepts of Kabbalah gathered from the writings of the Arizal.
It is our goal to provide this knowledge to anyone who is willing to go by the true and authentic path of the Baal-HaSulam and seeks to attain closeness to HaShem via study of Kabbalah and observance of Torah and Mizvos. To accomplish this, we have two study groups - beginners and advanced.
Beginners group meets once a week in Tri-State area and goes over fundamental principles of Kabbalah, while advanced group studies with sunrise. Prior to the lesson we immerse in Mikve to purify our body and soul, and then focus our studies on Talmud Eser Sefiros and Zohar.
If path of Kabbalh is of interest to you, feel free to contact us to find out more about our lessons.
“Therefore, if we set our hearts to answer just one very famous question, I am certain that all of these questions and doubts ( concerning weather or not one should study Kabbalah ) will vanish from the horizon, and you will look to their place and they will be gone. And that is the rathfull question which is asked by all people down here, that is; What is the reason for our lives?”
